ITIN Program
- ITIN assignment letter

- Down payment requirement: 10%–20% (program dependent)
Manufactured Homes (In Park – ITIN)
- Minimum 5% down payment
- Self-employed borrowers are only eligible for in-park mobile home financing under this program
IMPORTANT
- If 2025 returns are not yet filed, prior-year returns may be required with a YTD Profit & Loss statement
- If not filed by the IRS deadline, provide a copy of your extension
